RECOVERY & MOVEMENT TECH
Compex electrical muscle stimulation, Theragun percussive therapy and AI movement screening, used where the science supports them and never oversold. Training and feedback tools, never medical devices.
Honest tech
Elite gyms use the same recovery and movement tech I do: EMS, percussive therapy and AI movement screening. The difference is I am straight with you about what each one actually does. I use them where the science supports them, and I do not oversell the rest.
None of these are medical devices and none of them diagnose anything. They are training and feedback tools that support the work. The barbell is still the reason it works.

Straight talk
Everything here is framed as training and wellness. None of it diagnoses, treats or prevents any medical condition.
EMS can help build strength, so I use it for activation. The best research finds it does not beat a placebo for clearing soreness, so I do not sell it as a recovery miracle.
The massage gun is a great warm up and mobility primer. I do not claim it erases soreness or beats a proper stretch.
Movement portals are excellent for the big movements and tracking progress. They are a coaching aid, not a lab measurement and not an injury predictor.
Why it fits the method
In the Westside conjugate system, recovery and movement quality matter as much as the heavy lifting. These tools support that goal as training and feedback aids. They complement the method, they are not the reason it works.
Where they fit
