Captain is not a nickname. Otman is a reserve officer with the rank of Captain from the Royal Military Academy of Belgium, a certified strength and conditioning coach since 2013, and a self defense instructor. He coaches one to one and in small groups across south and west Tenerife, in Spanish, French and English.

THE METHOD

Trained the
Westside way.

Most coaches hand you the same workout as everyone else. I built my coaching on the Westside Barbell conjugate method, the system forged in the most serious strength gym in the world. The idea is simple and it works on anyone, not just lifters. Rotate the stress so the body never gets comfortable. Hunt down your weak points and train them on purpose. Move heavy on some days and fast on others. That is how you keep getting stronger long after the easy beginner gains are gone.
