TACTICAL FITNESS · EXAM PREP
Police, fire and military entrance tests have exact physical standards, and generic gym work will not get you through them. Notes on preparing for the specific marks candidates have to hit, in Tenerife or online, in English, Spanish or French.
The goal
Every entrance test publishes its physical standards in the official call: a timed run, an agility or obstacle circuit, strength events, and for many police roles a swim. The numbers are not negotiable. You either hit them on the day or you wait for the next call.
Generic training does not prepare you for that. The plan is built backward from the exact test: the events, the marks and the date. Everything has a reason, and the test itself gets rehearsed, not just general fitness.
Who this is for

Military and tactical
The method
Training targets the exact events and times your call demands, not a generic program.
The plan is periodised so you are at your best on test day, not three weeks before.
We find the event that will cost you the pass and attack it on purpose. That is the Westside way applied to your test.
You practise the real circuit and pacing under fatigue, so the day itself is familiar.
How it works
We measure where you are on each event against your target marks.
A dated plan that peaks for your test.
We train the events and retest often, so progress is real, not guessed.
You arrive on test day rehearsed and ready.
